Only 3% of our river systems in NSW are in pristine condition. The lifeblood of our country, our rivers and wetlands are the arteries of our landscape giving life and habitat to native wildlife.

Despite our rivers calling out for protection, a new big threat is on the horizon from coal seam gas (CSG) extraction. CSG threatens groundwater and surface water with pollution, depletion, salination, and wastewater dumping. Help us to ensure that the full environmental impact of the coal seam gas industry is unveiled before our irreplaceable river system are damaged forever. >>read more
