Looking for one compelling reason to enter WildEndurance? The route!
The route is what sets WildEndurance apart from any other team challenge and in 2013 we will be using the same awesome route as in 2010.
The WildEndurance route is wild and tough but ensures you and your team will see some of the most awesome views in the Blue Mountains. So come and test your fitness and stamina in the stunning and iconic wilderness of a World Heritage gem.
The 50km route covers leg 1 and 2 of the 100km route plus an additional 2km on leg 1.

The Route starts in beautiful Megalong Valley, takes you up on to the Narrowneck ridge, under the magnificent Katoomba cliffs and around the Three Sisters, through the wonderful Jamison valley, along the Andersons and Ingar trails, over Wentworth Falls and Lilians Bridge, past The Pool of Siloam and along Prince Henry Cliff Walk to the Finish at Katoomba Oval.
The route is challenging and exhilarating. With training, any reasonably healthy person can complete the event and you are guaranteed a memorable experience.

The following tables shows average times it took teams to walk all 4 legs of the course. This information may be useful for your preparation and to coordinate with your support crew.
Please note that each Checkpoint has a strict closing time. The times are based upon how long it would reasonably take to complete the remainder of the course before the 36 hour cut-off. Teams must ensure that they check-in and checkout from each Checkpoint before this closing time.
