Event Cancellation

Organisers also reserve the right to cancel the event for any other reason which may include but is not limited to terrorism and war. If the event is cancelled, re-routed or shortened, no refund or transfer to another event will be made. Due to the scale of the event and travel & commitment involved by competitors, it is not practical or preferable to re-schedule the event to any other weekend.

What happens if I need to withdraw before the event?

The first thing to do is e-mail us here and let us know.

If you withdraw more than 30 days before the event, your registration fee will be refunded (less a $50 administration fee).  If you withdraw less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be made.  Donated sponsorship funds are non-refundable.
